Angelina Jolie may be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Maleficient actress is in talks to star in the upcoming Marvel Studios film The Eternals, about the endless lives of beings who were part of a genetic experiment that also created life on Earth, sources tell EW. In Marvel lore, the Eternals were ridiculously beautiful godlike beings created by the Celestials as a force for good. And who are the Celestials? Remember the mining city of Knowhere from Guardians of the Galaxy, which is nestled inside a giant floating severed head? That’s a Celestial.
