Neck injury ends Prince Fielder's 12-year MLB career

Flanked by his two sons and overcome by emotion, Prince Fielder announced his playing career was over on Wednesday, saying that doctors told him two spinal fusions in his neck will prevent him from playing Major League Baseball.
