Alec Baldwin marks anniversary of Halyna Hutchins’ death with Instagram post

Alec Baldwin has taken to social media to mark the anniversary of Halyna Hutchins’ death, which happened on set of his latest film. While filming "Rust" last October 21, both starring and produced by Baldwin, Cinematographer Halyna was accidentally shot by a prop gun held by the actor which unexpectedly discharged.
