Ontario judge could decide whether Cleveland logo can be used in Toronto

As Cleveland gets set to take on the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 3 of the American League Championship Series, a Toronto court will hear a legal challenge to bar the team from using its name and logo in Ontario.
