Russian Publisher Rewrites Books on Putin Without Western Authors’ Consent

Western authors are finding that new versions of their books about Russia are appearing in bookstores there — rewritten and released without their permission. The books from a Russian house, Algoritm Publishers, bear only a fleeting resemblance to the originals.
