The rapper already had a tense relationship with the Recording Academy. Drake’s microphone was cut off at the 2019 Grammys tonight (February 10) as he was in the middle of delivering an acceptance speech. The star was collecting the award for Best Rap Song for ‘God’s Plan’, making a surprise appearance at the ceremony.
