'The Simpsons' turned down Trump guest appearance on show: producer

“The Simpsons” turned down President Trump for a guest appearance on the series, the show's executive producer said at Comic-Con on Saturday. When asked if the show had ever turned down a celebrity guest appearance, Al Jean said, “Let’s just say he’s the president of the United States,” The Wrap reported.
