Tiger Makes It Official; Will Return at Safeway Open

It's official, Tiger Woods returns to the PGA Tour on Thursday. The PGA Tour announced Friday morning that Woods will play the Safeway Open in Napa, Calif. next week. Per PGA Tour guidelines, players have to officially enter tournaments by the Friday before the event.
