The Marlins had a rain delay because they didn't close the roof


When baseball teams shell out hundreds of millions of dollars (or, more accurately, get taxpayers to shell out hundreds of millions of dollars) to put retractable roofs on their stadiums, the expectation is that they will be used when appropriate. Marlins Park has a roof. The team didn't close it. The game was delayed by rain.
